Thara Heights Exclusive Villas

From now until December, thereis lightconstruction work to complete the villas, roadway and amenities. The clubhouse is not finished and there no amenities on site. We have discounted our prices by 30% to allow for this. Prices will increase in December.

All villas offer a private swimming pool with guaranteed sea views, a fully fitted kitchen, a large living room, and an additional bathroom. All of the villas have a dedicated covered or semi-covered parking area and an encompassing beautifully landscaped garden for privacy and a truly tropical feel. 3 and 4 bedroom villas are outfitted with oversized Jacuzzi tubs, with outdoor slate showers included in the guests bathrooms.
Two bedroom villas offer two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king size double bed. The two bedroom villas have a covered area of 235.5 m2 and large plot areas ranging from 548 to 722 m2.
Three bedroom villas offer three double bedrooms, with king size, queen size and twin beds. The three bedroom villas have a covered area of 338.6 to 386.5m2 and large plot areas ranging from 560 to 681m2.
Four bedroom villas offer four double bedrooms, with king size, queen size and two twin bedrooms. The four bedroom villas have a covered area of 386.5m2 and large plot areas ranging up to 690 m2 encompassing beautiful landscaped gardens for privacy and a truly tropical feel.
