Go to the booking form and complete the first part of the booking process. This will give you a quotation which you can amend as often as you want by going back to start page. Only if you want to actually confirm your booking should you click on 'Confirm Booking'.
To make a reservation fill in the booking form and we will contact you to confirm your booking and reservation deposit.
The minimum reservation period is 3 nights.
The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the accommodation. Until the deposit confirmation is e-mailed no booking is confirmed and no contract exists. If your deposit is received but the villa type is already reserved, we will offer you an alternative; if this alternative is unacceptable we will refund the deposit. Full payment is required 30 days prior to check in, if the booking is made less than 30 days before check in, then the full payment is required within 5 working days of the reservation confirmation being sent. If the reservation is made less than 5 working days before check in then full payment is required to confirm the reservation. See terms and conditions for full details.
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail. The cancellation will be effective from the time the e-mail is received. Cancellation charges are:
• If received more then 3 months before check in 90% refund
• If received less than 3 months prior to check in but more than 30 days before check in 50% refund
• If received less than 30 days before check in then all payments are forfeited. See terms and conditions for full details.
Refunds will be made to the account from which the payment was received.
Money can be transferred by direct bank wire transfer or by PayPal (this option is not yet available).
Check out is 1200. Late check out may be available; please ask when you make your booking. Check in time is 1500.
Until each villa has its Wi-Fi connection, there are a number of internet cafes and internet access in the surrounding five-star hotels.
It is not advisable to drink unfiltered water in Thailand. Bottled water is widely available.
The easiest way to get to Krabi is by air arriving at Krabi International airport. Many more flights arrive in Phuket International Airport. Pick up from either airport is included in your rental. If you are driving to Krabi, see the 'Getting to Krabi' section of About Krabi.
There are basic medical facilities available in Ao Nang and Krabi town, for serious cases an emergency helicopter evacuation can be ordered from Phuket international hospital.
Most car rental companies will allow drivers to hire a car with their domestic driving license, but it is recommended (and the law in Thailand) that an international driving license is also presented.
Budget, National and Avis car rental companies are available at Krabi and Phuket International Airports. You can also rent cars and bikes in Ao Nang and we can arrange chauffeur-driven cars.
Electrical voltage in Krabi is 220v, and power outlets are 2-pin sockets. European adapters are available at supermarkets, airports or other shops.
We recommend you consult a travel physician before visiting any foreign country so that they can advise you on your own personal situation. No vaccinations are required for visiting Thailand.
There is no malaria in Krabi. You may need protection against mosquito and insect bites, particularly in the early evening and at night when they are most active.
EU citizens, Australian and North American citizens can get a 30-day tourist visa on arrival in Thailand.
