  1. You can check availability, get a quotation, or make a reservation for rentals until end-January by clicking on the link below.

    i) Until end-January 2009, you can expect light but unobtrusive construction work on the villas and roadway.
    ii) Restaurant and transport amenities will be available when the clubhouse is opened early 2010. We strongly recommend you rent a car. You can rent cars locally and at Krabi or Phuket airports.
    iii) Our Soft Opening prices are considerably discounted to allow for this and will increase in March 2009 (bookings for March onwards therefore should not be made online but in writing to us).

    - your refrigerator stocked throughout your stay

    - pre-paid mobile phone
    - limousine from/to Krabi International Airport
    - satellite TV channels and wireless internet

    Extra services available:
    - transport to Ao Nang, Krabi town and local beaches
    - pickup from and dropoff to Phuket International Airport

  2. You will receive confirmation of your booking followed by payment instructions for the 50% deposit to hold your reservation if your arrival is more than 30 days away. Our receipt will confirm your reservation. A damage deposit (returnable upon departure) of THB20,000 will be added to your booking.

    Once you receive our confirmation, please let us know:
    i) If you require other services (e.g. Thai chef, Thai massage) in your villa.
    ii) Your arrival/departure flight details if you
    have chosen our airport limousine pickup service.
    iv) The names of guests who will be staying in your villa.
    iii) Any other information to help us make your stay perfect.


  3. If your arrival is within the next 30 days, full payment is required within 5 working days from date of booking confirmation to hold your reservation. Please refer to our Terms And Conditions for further information.

  4. The 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Please diarise this date!
